I love how pet friendly it is with nice dog areas outside. The staff is super friendly and took care of my noise complaint right away.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that everything I wanted to explore was just a short stroll or a quick drive away; amazing spots like Roosevelt Park, the National Hispanic Cultural Center, and the University of New Mexico were conveniently within 2.5 km, making leisurely walks extremely enjoyable, plus there are great dining options like Subway or Denny's just a few steps away for quick meals. The hotel offered good amenities, and my room was comfortable, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance could definitely use some improvement.

Clean rooms and a warm, helpful staff made the stay pleasant, especially with the woman at the front desk offering assistance with my luggage when the elevator was out. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, though it leaned a bit too sugary for my taste. A domestic disturbance next door during my first night was disruptive, and it was disappointing that we didn’t receive any compensation for it. The fragile doors separating the living space were a concern with my kids around, but the location suited my needs well, balancing work and airport access.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, always offering free warm cookies—a delightful touch after a long day. noise management leaves much to be desired. Disturbances from guests and door slamming significantly affected our sleep. Stains on sheets were promptly addressed, yet their presence was concerning. Breakfast was subpar; hot food options were unappetizing and lacked variety. In the future, I might consider returning, but improvements in guest experience and breakfast quality are crucial.

The room had a king-sized bed that was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. upon entering, the bedspread was dirty and torn, necessitating a replacement, which the staff promptly handled. The bathroom could use a more thorough clean; the floor felt neglected, and the tub appeared dirty. The towels were old and worn, in need of replacement. Noise was an issue due to loud guests, especially near the outside door. While the internet worked well, the room’s lighting was dark. Despite some flaws, the overall comfort and quiet location on the top floor were appreciated.

breakfast was fantastic at Baymont, better than a pricier place. we appreciated the friendly front desk guy and the helpful young lady at check-out. our comfortable bed and clean room were highlights. we liked the updated, contemporary vibe and the security measures with cameras and a foot patrol.

the hotel's location was convenient for both work and travel purposes. The room was generally clean, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining cleanliness during these times. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the small touches like the cookies near the elevator. there were a few issues that affected our experience. The AC was a bit tricky to control, and the breakfast options were a bit heavy on sugar and white flour for my taste. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety in the breakfast offerings. there were some disturbances caused by noisy guests in the hallway. It was a bit unsettling to have to deal with people propping open doors with rocks and loud noises late at night. While the front desk did address the issue promptly when we called, it did impact our overall stay. This mix-up resulted in us having to deal with noise from the neighboring room, affecting our sleep quality.

clean and newly renovated with a convenient location near the UNM campus. strong local recommendations and a helpful front staff. the airport shuttle stopped at 10 p.m. - but the staff offered a late checkout and assistance with luggage.

The room was nice and comfortable for our group, with a pull-out couch and spacious layout. The hotel felt modern and clean, and we appreciated the professional staff and sufficient breakfast. The lobby was attractive, and we liked the safety measures such as the clean TV remote in a plastic wrap.

My stay at this newly renovated hotel near ABQ airport was fantastic. The front staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The room was sparkling clean with comfortable beds and new bedding. I loved the hardwood floors, especially since I had my dogs with me. The hotel had great amenities like a washer and dryer, and even a designated area for walking the dogs. The complimentary bag breakfast and afternoon cookies were a nice touch. Highly recommend for a well-cared-for property!
Electric outlets were installed upside down and the bathroom door dragged on the floor mat.
